How the numbers are calculated
- Everything is read from the
Master-Accounts&Regsheet. Committed = sum ofCommitment (Updated)(column T). Disbursed = sum ofDisbursed(column Y). Both are entered in full rupees and shown in ₹ crore (₹1,00,00,000 = 1 Cr). - FY: a disbursal counts in its
Disbursal Year(column E); a commitment counts in itsFY (Updated)(column V). A row with both is split into a disbursal line and a commitment line, each in its own FY. Lines without a valid FY are left out and listed in Data checks. - Current FY runs April–March and is worked out from today’s date ().
- Committed to date = commitments with FY up to and including the current FY. Forward pipeline = commitments with FY after it.
- Due to date is worked out per grantee (matched on
Common name (Alias)) as max(0, committed to date − disbursed), then added up. - The filter bar at the top applies to every tab and every figure.
